Core objects and relationships

A customer can have contacts, quotations, contracts, sales orders, receipts, invoices, delivered devices and service tickets. A sales order can connect to purchase execution, shipments, returns, receivables, invoices and commissions. Purchase orders can connect suppliers, contracts, inbound records, payables and purchase invoices. Products can connect inventory movements and serial-number histories.

How to interpret product statements

“Supports” means the repository and deployed product contain the corresponding business capability; it does not mean every tenant has it enabled. “Can be configured” means administrator setup is required. Legal, accounting, security and service outcomes remain subject to the deployment, customer controls and applicable agreements.
